Apiforme® has been a pioneer in the field of natural beekeeping for healthy bees since 1996

Right from the start, Apiforme® was a precursor and it continued its different approach to beekeeping by developing products in keeping with an environment-friendly philosophy.
It aspires to supplying wholesome, quality products in order to leave future generations with a healthy planet.
Apiforme® corresponds to the growing interest shown by beekeepers for natural products.
But this demand, motivated by a sound, ecological form of beekeeping, also runs the risk of large scale exploitation of natural resources, thus threatening numerous species of wildlife.

Apiforme®, a perfect balance between beekeepers, bees and nature

Apiforme® first saw the day in 1996, following the work undertaken by the pharmacist Dominique Tassëel.
His work is based on a global approach toward the bee as an individual, as well as the colony as an inseparable living entity.
The key principle that led Apiforme® to launch a new concept in bee aliments and beekeeping methods was the transformation of medicinal plants and other natural substances into healing impulses.
They are all chosen to preserve and stimulate the vital processes at work in the organism, thus enhancing its capacity for self-regulation and regeneration.

Apiforme® looks for first class raw materials and uses extraction processes that preserve all the constituents just as they are found in the freshly gathered plant.

Natural Essential Oils

Apiforme® uses natural essential oils extracted by traditional distilling procedures. Each essential oil is chosen for its specific effects, these are linked to the properties of the plant it was extracted from.
Finally, essential oils contribute naturally to the preservation of the products due to their bactericidal properties.

Strict controls ensure impeccable quality and absolute safety

The origin of every plant and each substance undergoes a strict selection process.
All raw materials are carefully checked (content of active principles, absence of pesticides, bacteriological testing…)
Only ingredients that meet Apiforme® norms, in line with pharmaceutical legislation, are used.
Their quality and traceability through every step of their transformation right up to the final product are guaranteed by a quality assurance procedure.

Certification of the natural origin of the products

Apiforme® products do not contain any synthesized additives such as preservatives (parabens, etc.).
Nor do they contain any ingredients of animal origin (powdered milk, etc.)
